The Role
Working on the kitchen with support from junior chefs
Using finest ingredients including some grown on site in Hotel Gardens
Working to 2AA rosette level standard
The Person
Already a Chef de Partie
Experience ideally to multi AA rosette levels or Michelin in luxury hotel
Career focused and Team Player.
Wanting to learn and develop skills under strong Head Chef
