1. Business Information Systems (0001NFL)
2. Information System Strategy (0001NFM)
Variety of hours available, commencing September 2025
Fixed-term, hourly paid up to £49.30per hour
About the roles
Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities takes a student-centred, supportive approach to teaching and learning. The Business School is currently seeking Associate Lecturers to teach undergraduate modules within the field of Business Information Systems and Information System Strategy.
About you
The successful postholder(s) will have good relevant undergraduate experience and ideally be working towards a postgraduate degree in Management Information Systems or related topic.
Successful candidates will have experience of delivering high quality, interactive teaching or training activities along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Your teaching will be informed by a combination of practical experience and/or research to support high quality learning and teaching, experience of using Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs), and the use of technologies to enhance the learning, assessment of and feedback to our students.

You will work within a small, enthusiastic team within a growing and passionate department, with the aim to strengthen the distinctiveness of the University’s student experience as high-quality, personalised, accessible and aspirational.
