Inbound Call Centre Advisor – Filton
o Start: 30th March
o Salary: £34,376 per annum + Annual Discretionary Bonus
o Hours: Shifts between 8:30am – 6:15pm (Monday – Friday) 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)
o 38 hours per week

o Deliver high-quality customer service across inbound channels
o Handle customer queries professionally and empathetically
o Work flexibly across service areas
o Take ownership of customer calls and resolutions

o Previous customer facing experience (phone or in-person)
