What the Job Involves As an Assistant Team Manager, you will oversee part of a team that assesses and intervenes in safeguarding children in need and vulnerable adults within Wrexham County Borough. Responsible for managing between 5 to 15 employees, you will ensure the team operates effectively to meet client needs, adhering to relevant legislation and departmental policy. Your role includes managing operations, overseeing compliance with statutory requirements, ensuring timely assessments and interventions, and contributing to continuous service improvement. Additionally, you will handle staff supervision, development, and recruitment while facilitating effective communication and collaboration with multi-agency partners.
