Vacancy – Office Support Administrator
ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ an office support administrator to work with an established client. You will support the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient office management. This position requires strong organisational skills, forward planning, and excellent communication.
Duties for the role:
•Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
•Oversee day-to-day office facilities, liaising with cleaning and maintenance providers
•Coordinate meeting room and hot desk bookings, and support visitor management
•Work with the Health & Safety team to maintain compliance with regulations
•Liaise with transport and operations teams to arrange servicing and repairs for vehicles and equipment
•Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
•Support the operations team with purchase orders, including creation, review, and receipting
•Assist in organising staff training and ensuring compliance requirements are met
•Reconcile monthly credit card receipts and submit to finance
•Maintain the monthly purchase tracker
The successful candidate:
•Highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented
•Strong communication skills and the ability to plan ahead
•Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
•Experience or awareness of the events or broadcast industry is an advantage
•Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
•Flexibility to take business calls outside normal working hours when required
