Your new role
As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate and timely information to assist strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
2. Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
3. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Assisting with cost analysis and margin reporting
5. Supporting internal and external audits
6. Driving process improvements and ensuringpliance with financial controls
7. Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights
What you'll need to succeed
8. Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
9. Strong technical accounting skills andmercial awareness
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
11. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
13. Strongmunication skills and attention to detail
