We are looking for keen and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in High Schools in the Caerphilly area, to help assist with daily tasks in the Classroom. We are looking for both full time and Part time positions with flexibility to work around your schedule. To be successful you will need to be professional, reliable and passionate about really making a difference.

Leading classrooms using pre-prepared lesson materials
Keeping students engaged, focused, and motivated
Managing behaviour with confidence and professionalism
Supporting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Providing feedback to teaching staff
✅ What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Confidence working with young people (11–16+)
A proactive, can-do attitude
Experience with children or young people (preferred)
Degree or relevant qualification (advantageous, not essential)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
