What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading day-to-day client communication and building strong, trusted relationships
* Understanding client objectives and briefing internal teams to deliver smart creative responses
* Managing timelines, budgets and campaign progress across multiple projects
* Supporting strategic thinking by bringing insight into client challenges and market context
* Presenting ideas, updates and progress confidently to both clients and internal teams
* Working closely with creative, strategy and delivery teams to ensure work meets the highest standards


What You’ll Bring to the Table

* Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several projects at once
* Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and timelines
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management platforms
* A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly
* Collaborative and team-focused in how you work
* Proactive, solutions-focused and calm when things get busy
* Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership for the work you manage
