Location: North Wales - both sites within 15 miles
Salary: £75,000 - £105,000 DOE + Car + Bonus + Benefits
My client, a privately owned manufacturer of plastic and composite components for global brands in automotive, aerospace, medical, and related sectors, is hiring a proactive Head of Maintenance & Facilities Management to lead two manufacturing sites, improve efficiency, and drive strategic, long-term improvements
Key Responsibilities
* Lead two maintenance teams and a facilities team, driving a high-performance culture
* Develop maintenance standards using KPIs, predictive technologies, and best practices.
* Harmonise processes across both sites to improve efficiency and resource utilisation.
* Implement and manage CMMS systems and explore automation
* Manage £650k+ annual maintenance budget, identifying cost savings and CAPEX.
* Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
* Ensure full compliance with HSE and PUWER standards while promoting safety culture.
