Salary: £50,000-£70,000

Key Responsibilities:
* 3D CAD design
* Prototype, test, and validate designs
* Translate team requirements into detailed specifications
* Conduct feasibility studies
* Design precision mechanisms for electro-mechanical systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Key Requirements:
* Background in special purpose machinery, automation, or capital equipment
* Proven experience in taking a product from conceptual stage to production
* 3D CAD design (SolidWorks, Inventor)
* Produce manufacturing drawings
* Demonstrable project leadership experience is beneficial
* Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and assembly techniques
* Hands-on and practical approach to engineering
