NRG Studios is looking for a filmmaker who thinks boldly, shoots beautifully, and edits with real creative instinct. If you bring at least five years industry experience – including three years inside a fast-paced production agency – you’ll thrive here.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who cares about clients, story, craft, and making films that genuinely cut through.
Must haves (Non‑Negotiable)
* A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
* At least 3 years working in a video production agency team.
* A showreel demonstrating agency level storytelling and craft.
* Proven experience across the production process: editing, sound, colour, and filming, client liaison.
* Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Confident communicator and collaborative mindset; excellent time management.
Nice to haves
* Experience of working with After Effects/VFX
* Strong grasp of AI in creative production.
What You’ll Do
* Turn briefs into sharp, original ideas; develop concepts, treatments, and storyboards.
* Challenge thinking to reach the strongest creative outcome
* Lead client conversations with clarity and confidence.
* Shoot with three‑point lighting and strong technical control; operate Sony systems and associated kit.
* Edit end‑to‑end (picture, colour, sound design, and mix).
* Explore and integrate AI tools into modern production workflows.
* Help shape how our studio evolves its tech, processes, and creative approach
