Job Profile: PMO Analyst – ERP Implementation (IFS)
Our client is currently in the build phase of a major ERP implementation programme, focused on deploying IFS across multiple business functions. The programme also spans enterprise applications and data warehousing. With the core project team in place, they are seeking an experienced and proactive PMO Analyst to support and help drive the programme to success.
This role is not limited to administrative tasks — it is a hands-on, impactful position requiring strong stakeholder engagement and programme insight. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting workstream leads, managing risks, and ensuring project momentum as the business prepares for go-live in its first region at the end of this year, followed by two further phases.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a key support to the programme team, building strong relationships with functional workstreams (finance, supply chain, projects, etc.)
* Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues – escalating appropriately and proactively flagging potential blockers
* Maintain and update RAID logs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Support planning and execution activities using MS Project and contribute to overall programme readiness
* Help standardise project documentation and ensure consistency across the programme
* Drive momentum across the project lifecycle, ensuring tasks and deliverables stay on track
* Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and forward planning
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a PMO role within large-scale ERP implementations (IFS experience highly desirable)
* Strong knowledge of project governance and reporting processes
* Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Teams, and SharePoint
* Demonstrated ability to influence progress and drive delivery within a complex programme environment
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working across multiple functional areas and with a broad range of stakeholders
* Experience in standardising and improving project documentation and reporting outputs
