Responsibilities
A key hire for the business with the potential for share options, the postholder will be responsible for building and leading an executive search practice within their core markets of Offshore Wind, Marine, ROV, Subsea, Survey, Inspection, and O&G energy sectors by capitalising on the historical business relationship.
Requirements
The role requires a highly credible communicator, with experience of winning and delivering leadership roles (Head of Departments, Senior Directors to C-Suite personnel) to a global client list.
Salary & Benefits
Salary £50,000 + 33% flat commission structure + Flexible Working + Benefits
