About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a high‑performing, fast‑paced marketing team. In this role, you will drive product marketing strategy, lead campaign execution, and deliver impactful go‑to‑market initiatives that drive engagement, adoption and growth.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role where you will work cross‑functionally to develop insights‑led marketing strategies and deliver medium‑to‑large scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market plans
* Lead campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels to drive awareness and adoption
* Analyse market trends, user insights and performance data to inform strategy and optimise campaigns
* Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on product positioning and market opportunities
* Create and manage marketing content and assets, working closely with creative and production teams
* Drive cross‑functional collaboration with product, research and regional marketing teams
* Define and track KPIs and success metrics, using insights to continuously improve performance
* Support user research and customer insight initiatives to inform product and marketing decisions
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in product marketing and campaign management
* Proven ability to develop go‑to‑market strategies and product positioning
* Experience working with data and insights to inform decision‑making
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
* Strong communication, storytelling and content development capabilities
* Experience managing medium to large‑scale marketing campaigns
Nice to Have
* Background in tech, digital or platform‑based environments
* Experience with user research and customer insights
* Understanding of consumer behaviour and market analysis techniques
