Position Profile:
Provide a welfare service for clients and works with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate holistic interventions. Liaises with all members of the health care team, clients and carers. Works primarily with clients resident in the Acute Psychiatric Unit. Works with clients resident in the community as required.
