Are you a passionate, dedicated and motivated Primary School Teacher looking for a role where you can truly make a difference?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed educator to join our warm, supportive primary school community. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, creating an engaging learning environment, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons that inspire, challenge and support pupils of all abilities.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the varied needs of pupils, ensuring all children are supported to achieve their best.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to support positive learning and wellbeing.
• Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress and inform next steps.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, enrichment activities and collaborative planning.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and personal development.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to fostering inclusion and pupil success.
