Key Responsibilities
* Lead integrated planning across multiple project levels ensuring alignment and consistency
* Develop and maintain logic-linked schedules aligned to WBS structures
* Analyse risks and opportunities to inform planning strategy and delivery
* Produce timely, accurate planning reports for key stakeholders
* Challenge and optimise project delivery sequences and baseline schedules
* Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project outcomes
* Monitor and manage trend and change processes within schedules
* Integrate MEH scope into wider project planning frameworks
* Ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures
* Support continuous improvement through lessons learned
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline – Mechanical or Electrical bias
* Proven planning experience in MEH works within regulated industries
* Strong knowledge of integrated planning methodologies
* Expertise in planning and project controls software
* Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interfaces
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Detail-oriented with a structured approach
* Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
