Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic, multi-site environment? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to drive forward the HR agenda and support operational teams across Gloucester and Manchester. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in employee relations, policy development, and team leadership will make a real impact. You’ll be working closely with managers and staff to deliver a high-quality HR service, while mentoring and empowering a HR Advisor (and ideally a HR Administrator).
