An established organisation in the logistics industry are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to bring into their talented team. The business is looking for an experienced individual who has covered a range of accounting duties in their career, and someone who is confident being the first point of call for a small team.
As an experienced Finance Manager, the role includes the oversight of a small team of three transactional staff. These staff have a strong level of experience in their positions and will not need consistent assistance, but they will look for your input if they have any queries or concerns. Alongside this supervision, you will be completing month end responsibilities such as posting journals, completing reconciliations on both the bank and balance sheet and producing management packs for the Managing Director. In this position cash flow management experience is essential as it is a key component of the role. The organisation have a very great social culture, the staff are very welcoming and are all hard workers, they always collaborate when needed to ensure their tasks are all completed on time and accruately.
