Your Responsibilities as a Locator:
* Safely and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
* Thoroughly search designated areas, accurately marking locations, completing necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
This is a full-time position with daytime hours, and overtime may be required. We typically work the day after holidays and some weekends as needed.

What We Need from You (Our Requirements):
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions; previous outdoor experience is a plus.
* Proficiency with computers.
* Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
* Ability to pass a drug screen (this is a safety-sensitive position).
* Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
* Capability to work in confined spaces; able to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
* Able to distinguish colors used for wiring and marking underground utilities.
* Ability to read and understand locate tickets, maps, and prints.
* Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
