Role Responsibilities
* Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for a range of clients
* Assisting with audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations
* Managing your own client portfolio, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time
* Supporting junior team members by reviewing their work and helping with their professional development
* Liaising with clients to provide advice and resolve any queries they may have
* Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA part-qualified or studying, with experience in a UK accountancy practice
* Strong understanding of accounting processes, tax regulations, and audit procedures
* Proven ability to manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality work
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience mentoring junior staff and helping them grow professionally
