About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful support.
You will respond to enquiries, help customers understand the right products for their application, prepare quotations, and work closely with our engineering and field sales teams to ensure customers receive the best possible solution and service.
This is a role for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and making sure enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to inbound enquiries (email, web, and phone) with advice, pricing, and technical information
* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers across diverse sectors
* Help customers identify suitable solutions for their monitoring requirements
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and clarity
* Manage and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and sales pipeline activity
* Support field sales and engineers with quotations, demos, and tender response
* Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign and lead activity
* Stay up to date on Eltek’s hardware, software, and applications
* Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
* Background in customer service, sales support, or technical support
Skills:
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
* Proactive and responsive in follow-up
Technical aptitude:
* Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers
Bonus Points For
* Experience in a technical, instrumentation, or engineering environment
* Familiarity with environmental monitoring or sensor-based systems
* Exposure to sectors such as museums, heritage, pharmaceuticals, academia, or manufacturing
