Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Lead Occupational Therapist on behalf of its client’s specialist neuro-rehabilitation service in Bexley.
As Lead OT, you will provide both clinical and professional leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on clinical practice within a respected private service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy service within the centre.
2. Undertake complex OT assessments for patients with neurological and rehabilitation needs.
3. Design, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans.
4. Supervise, mentor, and develop junior OT staff and students.
5. Drive service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives.
6. Work collaboratively within a skilled multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
7. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.
Requirements:
8. HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
9. Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally within neuro-rehabilitation or complex care.
10. Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
11. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.
