Tribal Digital is partnering with a digital marketing agency in Milton Keynes to find a Paid Media Manager with experience across PPC and Paid Social.

You’ll play a key role in shaping digital strategies, optimising performance, and helping brands grow through effective and engaging paid media activity.
About the Role
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across paid search and social platforms. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact and aligns with overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Monitor and optimise performance to achieve client objectives.
* Analyse data and report on insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to enhance messaging and targeting.
* Stay informed on platform updates and emerging best practices in paid media.
About You
* Experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
* Comfortable using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance measurement tools.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by achieving meaningful results.
