We are currently recruiting for a Boning Hall Manager to join a Merthyr based manufacturer. The company in question has 14 manufacturing sites and a turnover of over £1 billion so you will be joining an industry leader. You will be responsible for for driving operational excellence of the Boning Hall as measured by core metrics of quality, safety, performance, and people management. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing production of high-quality products meeting customer, food safety and regulatory specifications. Leading and managing the Boning Hall to deliver on core KPIs and margin targets. Ensuring cross-training and role-specific training of staff in line with Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements.
