I'm currently supporting a global organization in their drive to expand across the Procurement team.
They currently have 6 vacancies across the Professional Services, IT Services, HR, Legal & Marketing categories.
They are one of the most renowned global banks and have a mature Procurement team which offers great opportunity for progression.
Duties consist of:
* Managing global spend by creating comprehensive global sourcing strategies, operating with a truly global and strategic mindset.
* Building relationships with senior global stakeholders, identifying opportunities to create value, positioning Procurement’s value proposition, and aligning sourcing strategies.
* Creating compelling business cases for change, obtaining Procurement and stakeholder approval to execute, and agreeing on how benefit delivery will be budgeted.
* Delivering global benefits identified in strategies through effective strategy execution, aligned to risk management, compliance, quality, service, cost, and innovation.
* Engaging senior stakeholders and other relevant functions in the sourcing strategy delivery and execution.
* Building and maintaining a good operational and strategic network with other Sourcing and Procurement colleagues to improve sourcing processes and capability.
* Supporting the wider category teams within the scope of accountability; building the organizational capabilities necessary to implement Barclays strategy, now and in the future.
Hybrid approach with two days a week in the office.
