Job Description
The Marketing Executive will be based in our Belfast office (Mallusk), with occasional travel to our head office in Portadown.
The job role includes:
* Supporting the delivery of the overall Marketing Strategy
* Market research and development of new markets to aid company growth strategy, e.g., Energy and Renewables, etc.
* Supporting internal and external communication, ensuring consistency in line with brand guidelines
* Graphic design and content creation for internal and external use
* Updating and maintaining company website and social media channels
* Monitoring of analytics across company website and social media channels to identify trends and ensure continuous improvement
* Working with third parties as required, e.g., web developers, photographers, etc.
* Design and development of marketing material, e.g., brochures, branded promotional items, etc.
* Maintaining and updating project/case study database, including site attendance to collate imagery/videography
* Organising and attending events and trade shows, e.g., Balmoral Show
* Working with the Commercial and Bid Teams to maximise lead generation
* Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline
* Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms, including strong photography and video skills
* Experience supporting content planning, campaign coordination and social media scheduling using Meta Business Suite, Linkedin among others.
* Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent organisational skills with a high level of honesty, reliability and accountability
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn and develop new skills
* Full driving licence
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, or equivalent software
While not essential, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have:
* Previous experience within the construction/mechanical/electrical industry
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience with Canva or similar software
* Experience in managing and updating WordPress websites
