We'd like you to join us as a Childrens Support Worker at our young clients home in Midhurst.
When you'll be working:
* Monday - Friday evenings (6pm-8pm)
* Saturday mornings (8.30am-1.30pm)
* 15 hours a week

What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our young teenage client with spina bifida in his family home. This will involve helping to put him to bed in the weekday evenings, or supporting in the mornings on Saturdays. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
Due to the rural location, you will need to be a driver to get to the clients home.
