Summary
We are seeking a Retail Team Member to join our team at The Nest at Little Verzons Farm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our handmade products, contributing to our mission of providing delightful culinary experiences.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
* Promote and upsell our range of handmade products.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area.
* Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Provide product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
* Manage inventory and assist with merchandising efforts.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Organizational skills to maintain store presentation.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
