Starting Salary
1. Days - £27,595 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) increasing to £30,162 per annum (inclusve of shift allowance) within 6 months and £32,250 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) after one year
2. Nights - £29,847 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) increasing to £32,414 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) within 6 months and £34,502 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) after one year
Hours of Work
3. Days Alternating - 06.00am -14.00pm/14.00pm - 22.00pm, Monday to Friday
4. Nights - 22.00pm - 06.00am Monday to Friday

We’re looking for people that can:
9. Contribute to the efficient running of the production operation, helping us achieve and exceed our daily plans
10. Operate equipment safely and manage shift handovers effectively
11. Take prompt action to prevent near misses and accidents by having a strong awareness of health and safety
12. Maintain equipment to our cleanliness standards
13. Work closely with colleagues including engineers to minimise machine downtime
14. Complete compliance documentation accurately
15. Seek ways to continually improve activities and help to get these in place
