DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As the Warehouse and Dispatch Operative you will ensure that all goods are accurately received into the warehouse, sorted, receipted into the ERP system against the purchase order, and all sales orders with hardware are fulfilled, despatched and delivered to customer maintaining efficient workflows and timely delivery.

As The Warehouse And Dispatch Operative, You Will
Receive goods from third-party carriers and verify against purchase orders
Manually sort and receipt deliveries into the ERP system accurately
Pick and fulfil the corresponding sales order within the ERP system and make ready for despatch.
Check and ensure all necessary paperwork are correct and are sent with the shipment.
Where required complete commercial invoices that need to accompany the shipments
Book with our UK based carriers for UK and international shipments
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch of all orders.
Track UK deliveries, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery and maintain proof of delivery records
Complete a monthly stock count in line the company procedure
Ensure that through efficient picking from stock that shrinkage and miss picks are within the company's KPI
Monitor emails inbox and answer all queries.
Communicate effectively with both internal & external clients and build lasting relationships
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The Ideal Warehouse And Dispatch Operative, You Will
Hands-on experience in a similar warehouse role, including Receiving, Dispatch, Storage, Administration, and Data Entry
Counterbalance forklift experience
Full UK driving licence, desirable
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Works well under pressure during peak periods.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Ability to escalate issues appropriately for timely resolution.
Flexible and willing to assist colleagues during absences or busy periods.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Physical work in a warehouse setting with moderate noise levels.
Frequent standing, walking, stooping, and lifting of moderately heavy objects (up to 30 kg).
