We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £95,000, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Lead major HRIS projects including SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Employee Central enhancements, and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementation
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and RAID logs to ensure successful delivery and risk mitigation
* Collaborate with global HRIS teams, product owners, and regional stakeholders to align objectives and drive progress
* Manage stakeholder engagement through clear communication, workshops, and regular updates to senior leadership
* Oversee testing and compliance ensuring systems meet local regulatory requirements and deliver a smooth user experience
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Proven extensive experience leading HRIS implementations (SAP SuccessFactors essential; ServiceNow HRSD preferred)
* Strong project management expertise with PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification highly desirable
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders in a matrixed, multinational environment
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
* Technical proficiency with project management tools Jira, Smartsheet) and a keen eye for detail
