UK Marketing Manager – Revive Active (UK Market)

Location: UK – remote (London)

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Director, with dotted-line to UK Country Manager


Revive Active is Ireland’s No.1 VMS brand and are now poised for significant expansion in the UK with growing presence in Boots, Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods, independent pharmacies, healthfood stores and online. This role is critical in driving that growth. The UK Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, accelerate sales, and importantly build and deepen trade relationships with the UK’s major VMS retailers.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Leadership

* Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan tailored to the UK market, aligned with the wider company strategy and growth ambitions.
* Work closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Digital and UK Country Manager to deliver market-specific brand, retail and shopper initiatives that accelerate brand visibility and category penetration.


Campaign & Channel Management

* Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of UK marketing campaigns, across trade activations, POS, PR, brand ambassadors, influencers, events, OOH, print, radio, and customer communications, to deliver strong ROI.
* Collaborate with digital and eCommerce teams to ensure UK social media and digital marketing content aligns with overarching campaigns and brand guidelines.
* Proactively manage performance across traditional channels, ensuring timely and relevant communications that deliver against KPIs.


Retail & Trade Marketing

* Strengthen and grow trade marketing relationships with major UK retailers including Boots, Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods, key pharmacy chains, health stores, independents, amazon, and emerging grocery opportunities.
* Partner with the UK Sales team to deliver impactful trade marketing plans, retailer-specific activations, and compelling educational and commercial materials to support in-store performance.
* Working alongside UK Country Manager to ensure successful implementation of trade promotions, category initiatives, shopper marketing programs, and retailer marketing assets to drive sell-in and sell-through.


Brand Ownership & Compliance

* Work alongside brand management and compliance teams to produce UK‑fit brand materials that meet regulatory and brand governance standards.
* Ensure all creative assets, messaging, and materials are adapted effectively for the UK consumer and retail environment.


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Manage and mentor the UK Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
* Present marketing strategies, plans, and final deliverables to senior leaders, commercial teams, and external partners.


Agency & Partner Management

* Identify, onboard, and manage external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality delivery of campaigns and materials within budget and timelines.
* Continuously evaluate partner performance to ensure best-in-class execution.


Market Insight & Performance Reporting

* Monitor VMS market trends, competitive activity, and retail dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide clear recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
* Coordinate weekly/monthly reporting for the Senior Management Team and bi‑monthly updates for Board Meetings.


Skills/Knowledge/Experience

* Degree/master’s in business or marketing is essential.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications roles, with direct report experience preferred.
* Proven track record of executing integrated marketing initiatives and high impact brand promotions.
* High-level creative thinking and design capabilities - while managing to maintain budgets and adhere to regulatory guidelines within the VMS sector.
* Strong analytical, visualisation and reporting skills and proficient in use of Microsoft Suite, AI Tools, Digital Asset Management and planning tools such as Wrike, Planner etc.
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise activities to meet deadlines and a demanding workload.
* Excellent team player with strong leadership capabilities.
* Clean Driving License and access to own vehicle essential.
