Summit Rec2Rec represents a network of high-performing recruitment agencies and is currently supporting several clients looking to hire ambitious, commercially minded graduates for March 2026 start dates.
The Role
You will start your career as a Recruitment Resourcer and, with structured training and ongoing support, progress to a Recruitment Consultant within 6–12 months. From day one, you will work closely with top billers, managers and directors who are highly respected in their markets.
You will be trained to:
Identify and engage high-quality candidates within your specialist market
Build long-term relationships with candidates and support them through their career moves
Develop strong market knowledge and understand client hiring needs
Progress into client-facing business development and advisory work
Support organisations in building high-performing teams
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where communication, collaboration and problem-solving are just as important as ambition and drive.

We coordinate your interviews and support you throughout the entire process.
5. Securing the Offer
We guide you through the final stages to help you secure an offer with a leading recruitment firm in the technical or financial markets space.
