Job Location: Manchester (South)
Salary: Up to £30, DOE
Days / Hours: Full time - 9 - 5, 5 Days Per Week (Office Based) Occasional weekends during busy period
Package: Fuel allowance & 25 days holiday

About the Role
As Junior Property Manager, you will be the key point of contact for tenants and contractors. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of student rental properties, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and tenancies run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of student rental properties across Manchester
2. Conduct regular property inspections and arrange maintenance or repairs
3. Coordinate tenancy check-ins and check-outs
4. Manage rent collections, deposit returns, and tenancy agreements
5. Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
6. Dealing with enquiries and viewings during the student letting cycle
7. Oversee health and safety, fire safety, and compliance across properties
About You
8. Strong administration and customer service skills
9. Previous experience in property management would be an advantage
10. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
11. Confident working independently
12. A customer-focused mindset and proactive approach
13. Proactive and self motived
14. You care about doing a good job and delivering excellent service
15. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
