Job Title
Lead Clinician (Full time).
Responsibilities
* Clinically lead the on‑site clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
* Maintain and write up EHCP plans, targeting student outcomes using OFG's 'all', 'group' and 'individual' clinical models.
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members and lead service development in partnership with the school Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Deliver a therapy caseload and support multi‑professional collaboration within the school setting.
* Produce clear, concise clinical and research reports.
Qualifications
* Degree or Doctorate in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy or Psychology.
* Valid, up‑to‑date professional registration and membership of a recognised body (e.g., BPS).
* Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
* Strong report‑writing skills for clinical and research activities.
* Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service.
* Experience working in multi‑professional teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
