About the role:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join as a Junior Systems Administrator within our Business Information systems (IT) department. As a member of our Practice Management Systems Team, you will help provide technical support and knowledge of the Practice Management System (PMS) and associated integrations of upon which the PMS is dependent on.
As a Junior PMS System Administrator, you will be expected to work generally within the application development, deployment, and support sphere under the mentorship of the current PMS team members and team manager.
About you:
We are looking for someone who brings to this role a self-motivated attitude and drive to learn new systems and the ability to multitask manage priorities within a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. You will evidence strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
Whilst a junior role, to succeed in this role some technical knowledge and knowledge/experience of Finance processes and procedures, including Billing, General Ledger, Accounts payable is advantageous.
T echnical skills and experience.
1. Practice Management systems (Aderant, Elite 3E or similar).
2. Time Recording software (Expert Time or similar).
3. Procurement software (Proactis of similar)
4. Experience or knowledge of: Chrome River or similar expense management systems. MS SQLServer RPA or automation software.
5. Experience of working in a professional services environment.
6. MS Office
