 
        
        We're looking for a Document Control Administrator to join our Kier Places team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke - Permanent Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week – 08:00–17:00

What will you be responsible for?
As a Document Control Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting the delivery of efficient and compliant project administration processes with a focus on document control and quality standards.
What will your day to day in the role look like?
Your day-to-day will include:
 * Ensuring project document control processes are compliant with Kier Group Standards
 * Liaising with Project Managers and Subcontractors to chase missing or incorrect documentation
 * Maintaining accurate, structured and accessible document filing systems
 * Supporting Health & Safety and Environmental teams with compliance documentation
 * Working collaboratively within the Project Support Team to provide cover and support as required
 
What are we looking for?
This role of Document Control Administrator is great for you if:
 * You've worked in facilities management 
 * You have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
 * You're IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
 * You've worked with document management systems such as 4Projects, Viewpoint or Concept Evolution
 * You can manage multiple priorities, work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
