Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timely financial information flows throughout the business. Health & Well-being programme About you Newly Qualified Accountant / Part Qualified Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) High attention to detail What you'll do Timely and accurate production of monthly and weekly management accounts, together with variance analysis, margin analysis and commentary. Input into annual budgeting processes. Year-end statutory accounts preparation Reconciliation of relevant balance sheet accounts including monthly review with Group Financial Director Partnering with site management to identify opportunities to add value, working collaboratively to deliver these.
