My client, a leading construction business, is looking to hire a Business Analyst and Process Change Lead. The business is reviewing current Finance and HR processes and aims to identify and implement process changes to improve controls and reporting of key processes.
The role involves supporting the team in documenting existing "As Is" processes, working with the business to define, plan, and implement new "To Be" processes.
The successful candidate will lead workshop discovery sessions, document all assigned processes, create and deliver high-quality training materials, and assist in planning and supporting the business during process transition.
Key skills and experience required:
* Strong stakeholder management skills to identify needs.
* Extensive experience in implementing finance and/or HR business and system process improvements.
* Excellent experience with using or configuring Finance or HR systems.
* Strong understanding of business and system process and risk analysis.
* Proven ability to create high-quality process documentation (e.g., process flows, RACI charts, roles, and responsibilities).
* Experience in identifying and defining process controls and workflow definitions.
* Ability to create, run, and document discovery workshops.
