Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors for our client based on Raynesway.
You will be working in a call centre environment and will be responsible for responding to a high volume of both in and outbound calls each shift. You will be dealing with both commercial and residential calls.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a target driven environment and be able to answer / make over 200 calls per shift. No sales involved. We are looking for candidates who have the right character, a caring attitude and a positive outlook on life! Full training on internal systems and company ethos is provided.
Ideally, you will have call centre experience, but we are able to consider any candidates who have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a customer service environment.
These are 6 month contracts with the possibility of a permanent role after the 6 month period. Immediate starts are available for these roles.
You will be required to attend site for a face to face interview, and Immediate starts are available for these roles.
