About the Role TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK manufacturer and service provider of automatic pedestrian door systems and aluminium shopfronts. Due to continued growth, were looking for an experienced Automatic Door Service Engineer to join their expanding team in the Leicestershire / Midlands region .
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety working across service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of automatic door systems. Youll receive full product training and ongoing support, joining a business that truly invests in its people.
What Youll Be Doing Carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs on automatic door systems
Responding to reactive call-outs, scheduled servicing, and planned maintenance
Assisting with installation projects when required
Liaising with the office for scheduling and completing digital job reports
Delivering excellent customer service while working independently or within a team
What Were Looking For ? Experience servicing & maintaining automatic doors ? BS7036 / EN16005 certification (essential) ? Full UK driving licence ? Strong communication & organisational skills ? Ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload ? Flexible, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach ? Willingness to undergo a disclosure/DBS check
Pay & Hours Salary: Dependent on experience
40-hour working week
Door-to-door pay
On-call allowance: £26 per week night / £70 per weekend day
Call-out hours paid at 1.5x standard rate
Overtime: 1.5x MonFri
Weekend hours at 1.5x
Monthly efficiency bonus (team-based)
