Job Advert
We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading a busy, high-performing kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering consistently high-quality food and service.
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, maintaining standards of quality and presentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations. You will bring previous experience in a similar high-volume environment, along with strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide our team.

* Basic food hygiene certificate as a minimum
* Previous cooking experience, ideally within volume restaurants or visitor attractions
* Ability to show attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure
