Regional Managing Surveyor – South
The Role
We are supporting a rapidly expanding national surveying business that’s looking to add a Regional Managing Surveyor to their leadership team. 🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and mentor a regional team of surveyors to hit targets around service, quality, and client satisfaction
* Support new starters and less experienced surveyors with hands-on development and guidance
* Conduct regular team briefings, CPD events, and catch-ups to keep surveyors engaged and connected
* Collaborate closely with central operations, bookings, and audit teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvements in processes, technology, and survey standards
* Undertake residential surveys and valuations to stay sharp and lead by example
* Represent the business as a brand ambassador, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
🌟 Required Skills and Experience:
* Extensive knowledge and technical expertise across residential surveying
* RICS membership (MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS) and VRS registered
* Strong people leadership skills with proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop others
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both with clients and colleagues
* A pragmatic problem solver with strong organisational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines
* Customer-focused mindset with experience delivering outstanding service
* Eligible to work in the UK and able to complete pre-employment screening

* Strong presentation skills and confidence leading group sessions
📦 The Package:
* £60,000 - £75,000 basic salary
