Introduction We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the city of Manningham. Description About the role The Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, compliant and efficient rosters for our residential care teams. You will work closely with Clinical Care Coordinators, casual staff, agencies, payroll and other key stakeholders to ensure shifts are filled appropriately and continuity of care is maintained. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with a range of people, and able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and publishing fortnightly rosters in line with relevant EBAs, awards, contracts and MannaCare rostering guidelines Managing planned and unplanned leave, including sick leave, annual leave, emergency leave and training requirements Filling vacant shifts using the casual pool, bank staff or agency staff where required Building strong working relationships with Clinical Care Coordinators, residential teams, casual staff and external agencies Ensuring all roster changes are actioned promptly and accurately Checking roster and timesheet data at the end of each roster cycle to support accurate payroll processing Maintaining accurate roster data in Humanforce and collaborate with payroll to support timely and accurate fortnightly pay Generating roster reports and reconciling agency invoices as required Supporting continuous improvement of rostering processes, work instructions and system use Skills And Experiences About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination Experience in aged care, health care or community services, highly regarded Experience using electronic rostering systems, Humanforce experience desirable Strong understanding, or the ability to quickly learn, awards, agreements and legislation relevant to rostering The ability to work in a high-volume, complex and deadline-driven environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A current NDIS screening check, or willingness to obtain one Why join MannaCare?
