We’re looking for a game-changing multi-site operator to support and take the reins of 18 PizzaExpress restaurants across Central UK. Spanning from Oxfordshire, West Midlands to Peterborough.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of our success - driving people, profit, performance, and customer experience across your patch. You’ll bring the energy, the insight, and the strategic mindset to ignite performance across every measure of our Performance Wheel.
We’re looking for a visionary leader with a sharp commercial brain and the analytical edge to spot opportunities others miss. You’ll build, own, and deliver a territory-wide business plan that feeds directly into our national vision - pushing boundaries, unlocking potential, and maximising every channel.
You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Operational team and collaborating with key functions like People, Finance, Productivity & Change, Delivery & Collection, and Customer Service. Whether you're coaching on the ground or leading from a distance, your leadership will inspire, influence, and empower teams at every level.
What you bring to the table:
* Proven experience in a Territory Manager / Area Manager role, from a multi-site business.
* A track record of delivering exceptional results through your people
* Strategic thinking and the ability to execute with precision
