About the Role
As a Barista, you\u2019ll be the welcoming face behind the counter, crafting delicious drinks and delivering outstanding service. You\u2019ll use your experience to maintain high standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Crafting high-quality coffee with care and passion
* Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism
* Sharing product knowledge and making recommendations
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety across the store
* Assisting with stock replenishment and deliveries
* Supporting your Store Manager and team
* Creating a fun and positive work environment
About You
* Experienced in Barista roles (essential)
* Energetic, friendly, and full of personality
* Confident communicators with a positive attitude
* Able to multitask and work well under pressure
* Eager to grow and contribute to a fast-paced environment
