Competitive Salary - £12.60 per hour, reviewed annually

Support Worker
• Experience as a Support Worker in a learning disability setting

• Part-time could be considered for the right applicant.
• As a Support Worker in our vibrant residential home you will be supporting five individuals with autism. We're looking for dynamic individuals to help foster independence, building life skills, and encouraging meaningful communication. This active role involves developing a strong working relationship and supporting the service users to lead a fulfilling and enjoyable lives.
Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern
sleep-in shifts, for which we pay £50 extra per night.
Rotating Monday-Sunday schedule
A mix of early and late shifts, tailored to best support the individual's needs
