he Carpenters Arms, nestled in the beautiful farmland surrounding Tonbridge in Kent, has just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment, our beautiful countryside destination pub, with 9 recently refurbished guest rooms, offers to showcase the best of British' seasonal menu alongside a range of premium old & new world wines, international lagers, well-conditioned ales and fantastic personal service from our small, friendly & professional team. We're a busy pub serving great food every day and have a busy bar serving locals, ramblers, visitors, and their four-legged friends alike. There are no strangers that visit our pub, just friends we haven’t met yet.

What we look for in a Kitchen Assistant;
We are looking for an existing Kitchen Assistant or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who considers themselves to have a passion to work within a reliable team that delivers high quality standards. We need hard-working and dedicated people behind the scenes to help our restaurants run smoothly and to ensure that they are always clean and tidy. As the successful Kitchen Porter you will:
