Duties
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our Coventry team.
Reporting to the Operations Administration Manager, the successful candidate will control all elements of the site’s stock.
Key Responsibilities
* Control of all stock issues
* Ensure the correct completion of documentation and digital records
Key Tasks
* Management of the quarantine area
* Identify and escalate where FIFO rules are not followed
* On-time completion of all mandatory training requirements
* Daily management of all assigned control reports
* Ensure all inventories and warehouse management systems are maintained accurately
* Report all accidents, incidents or near misses to relevant personnel
* Perform stock counts, adjustments, and stock reconciliation as appropriate
* Conduct, consolidate, and reconcile any perpetual inventory issues as needed
* Provide support for stock takes
* Ensure all hard copy and digital documentation is complete and accurate in line with the company's processes
* Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to relevant staff
* Co-operate on all matters concerning Health, Safety, Training, Legislation, Environment, and the company's Core Values
* Process failed deliveries/load changes back into stock
* Ensure the timely and efficient resolution of all stock anomalies
We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently when required. Knowledge of the SAP ERP System would be advantageous.
The candidate should also have an ambition to develop and progress within the company.
